Auditorium
The so-called “front-end” house contains the auditorium, Champaign bar, first and second circles. Passing through the first circle with its two small foyers, you find yourself in the boxes, including the exclusive Royal Box and its lounge. Passing through the second circle you find yourself at the balcony – the highest place in the auditorium.

Foyer and hall
The foyer is lit by the light from the huge windows overlloking the amazing mountain slopes with royal castles. It offers an inviting atmosphere for meetings during intervals, a great place for lectures or small exhibitions. The entrance to the theatre is decorated with refined taste. There are five information and ticket offices there. The foyer is connected with a hall where Classic Café, wardrobe and theatrical shop are situated.

Great auditorium
The theatre owns high-end stage equipment. The rotating stage is 28 meters in diameter which makes it the biggest rotating stage in Germany. The stage is 1100 m2 in area and 23600 m3 in space. The 32-meter stage tower is accessible by a noiseless lift or by stair. The theater is equipped by 40 loudspeakers with total capacity of 20000 watt. A distinguishing technical feature of the stage is the underfloor lake with 90000 liters of water capacity (the total weight of the construction is 120 tons).
